Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
Calderon Machinery Ind. (Calderón CNC Machinery) is the DATA CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
For what purpose do we process your personal data and why do we do so?
Depending on the form through which we have obtained your personal data, such data will be processed confidentially for the purposes described therein.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Personal data will be retained for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or while legal obligations require their retention. Once they are no longer required, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymisation or complete destruction.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?

The USER has the following rights:

- The right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of their data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or in download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to process their request by the service provider, while the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is accurate and undertakes to notify any changes thereto. The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If all required data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services offered will fully meet the USER’s needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with all GDPR and LOPDGDD requirements for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which personal data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with adequate information so that they may exercise those rights.
